Participating from afar:
For those of you taking on this training from far away this will take some serious discipline on your part. My suggestion to you is not to miss the intensive, this plants the seed of connection to the group which is crucial. I would also suggest you find a yoga buddy where you are to help keep you engaged. I believe you can do it but stay interested and disciplined.

Participating from afar for me:
This too will take discipline and constant study on my part, this is something I have been preparing for and feel ready for. I will be available for personal FaceTime/Skype sessions when needed.

Don’t panic, this should be something you are looking forward to. I took great care in offering this with the help of  teachers that will blend well together that will apply the hard work it will take to do this with some tricky dynamics to contend with.

The initial 500 hour group is are solid, loving and supportive teachers but they worked very hard and together to sustain the bond they built and continue to do so. You can too.
This is a wonderful opportunity that I feel very honored to offer as Hampton Roads is near and dear to my heart and could not be more grateful to Logan as she is a key player in helping to pull this together.
I offer this with deep gratitude to those teachers who will help me along the way of this extraordinary opportunity and journey.
With love to all of you and those who have a hand in this project,
